Verify the following: • This computer has network connectivity to the SMS Provider computer. • Your user account has Remote Activation permission on the Configuration Manager site server and the SMS Provider computer. I installed the 2107 & the Hotfix Rollup (KB11121541) mid December last year, and haven't been able to launch the MECM ISEConnect_SITECODE.ps1 since. If I have an ISE Window open it works fine and when I tried on a machine that didn't have the console updated it also works fine.
