Web1 y. It's neither. Crying is an expression at a high level of the experience of strong emotion. It can be joy, anger, sadness, pain, etc. There is not circumstance where it takes strength to cry. Crying itself as a signal to the outside world is at least a sign of vulnerability. And depending on you situation, that can be a good or bad thing. WebFrom my perspective, crying is not a sign of weakness, but it is an innate ability and one of the most effective ways to reduce stress, release anger and express joy. It is also like a stop sign at a crossroad for you to look back and reflect on your shortcomings. Some may associate or stereotype people that cry as weak and feminine.
